 Matthew Peters has been a valued and dedicated member of the back office at Cheevers & Company since 2001. Matthew oversees back office processes and manages the back office team. He collaborates with buy-side and sell-side managers and coordinates the clearing of trades from both trading desks to ensure the firm's optimum performance. He specializes in the allocation and settlement of institutional, broker/dealer, and fixed income transactions, and his strength lies in his agility when adapting to the many situations that can arise post-trade execution.
Matthew previously worked as an input operator on the Chicago Stock Exchange, where he acquired a unique knowledge of exchange systems, regulations and requirements.
