Cheevers & Company, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Kathleen T. Cheevers, CEO. Today the firm is comprised of over 25 highly talented individuals that include management, brokers, compliance, IT and support staff. We are an agency-only brokerage firm. We do not engage in proprietary trading or otherwise trade against client orders. Located on the floor the Chicago Stock Exchange we are the dominant presence and account for more than 40% of total volume.

The firm also has the distinction of being majority female-owned and the designation of minority status as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE).
